If you want substance don't bother watching this video it's a lot of rhetoric which is repeated in many videos from Dan.
@Will Swift that I guess why you need to buy and attend the course.
@Will Swift watch the Heathrow videos and the videos from 2012 with the slides, they're around 5 videos roughly 2 hours each.
Aside from that see the hardcore videos, there's a shit ton of case studies in them that should give you a good idea on how the deals happen.
I find the older normal seminar videos to be more insightful, especially from 2015 to 2018
The ones after corona are longer but he mostly doesn't say any new information in them

He recommends a few other books but they're for business management rather than mindset and I've yet to read them
