      Bro i also suffered with this symptoms like u have rn. Let me tell you something take b12 pill everyday in morning with warm milk and take Vitamin D pill once in a month if ur b12 level is below 50 then i suggest you for injection. Eat liver. Eggs and milk in morning. Don’t smoke don’t drink and eat healthy food and do some exercise then ur level will be in normal range within 1-2 months

    सर मेरे हिसाब से एक और तरीका है मशरूम से विटामिन डी प्राप्त करने का। मशरूम को पकाने से पहले 15 मिनट धूप में रख देना चाहिए और उसके बाद पकाना चाहिए। मशरूम के अंदर सूरज की रौशनी से विटामिन डी को अब्जॉर्ब करने की विशेषता होती है।

    Got my test result for Vitamin D. While giving blood sample, i said "my Doctor says with age body becomes B12 & Vitamin D deficit". Report Turns out normal, but was told by the Lab Asstnt, Sunlight needs to be taken early morning 7.00-7.30 am. Is that true ?

    Sir hum inmai se kuchh nahi khate ab aapka video sunne ke bad mashroom or milk state kar dete hai . Eggs to hum khate bhi nahi.
    My vitamin D3 - 13.70 hai
    My husband vitamin D3 44.49 hai.
    Two weeks before check kar baya because mujhe five years se regular feet main swelling ho Rahi thi last main to stand hone mein bhi problem AA Rahi thi tab check up karbana pada or bahut jyada thakan bhi hoti thi .I will follow you.

    From ancient time , Mushroom is not allowed in Hindu religion. Our sage has said that its a one type of mild poison. Its better to eat meat but don't eat Mushroom .

    Sir, Is Cheese different from Paneer ? Does Paneer too contain D3 ?
    Nextly, in rural areas we often come across a Mushroom like thing known as 'Kukurmutta' in local dialect which no body eats. Does it also contain D3 ?
