- Installing new Range Rover Lettering
Tools Needed:
Range Rover Matte Silver Lettering Template - amzn.to/2rdT0XS
Decal Remover Tool - amzn.to/2DOlTwI
Goo Gone - amzn.to/2OPfYNY - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Might suggest using the blue painter’s tape to reduce the chance of damaging the paint work. I plan to do a similar job on my l322 to black letters. Thanks for the video.
I just bought the original Range Rover bonnet decals and they are slightly curved in the template. Have a look at any Range Rover and you will see the bonnet Decals are slightly curved to match the bonnet. I paid $240 for the original set. So Yes, non OEM are MUCH cheaper , but don't usually have the curve incorporated in them from my experience. some may differ. Came out looking great anyway for you. Great job. Cheers
where did you buy the set?
@@xy7393 From a range rover dealer in my city.
@@Hotdogger808 thanks, any other upgrades youve done on your rover?
goo gone is all u need forget that wheel and wipe with alcohol pad before sticking letters
Did the new letters come with their own adhesive or did you have to use a store bought one?
They had their own adhesive
Is this genuine Land Rover lettering, looks like it by looking at the templates
I'm not sure, I got them off of Amazon, but up close I could not see any difference

Thanks for the quick reply, was only asking because I’ve got a set here and they look the same which are apparently meant to be genuine. 👍
@@Jr-gf3br the template makes it easy but I think measuring and using tape (like I did with the Disco) ensures a better fit

Wow you’re in California and you get that amount of snow out there like the Range Rover snow vid u posted? Crazy, I never knew it snowed like that in Cali lol .
Fridge Guy I’m in Washington state but the mountains in Cali gets tons of snow (i.e., Lake Tahoe) - this is the rig to have in snow though! Thanks for watching!
What type of tool are you using to remove the old glue?
in the description section I put a link to all the tools you need...thanks for watching!
That is pathetic horseshit! That car is two years old and $125,000! And the badging is just falling off! No wonder those things are rated so poorly and depreciate so fast.
