I don't have an external tracking device for HRV, other than a BP cuff that has heart rate.... how would I do it otherwise? Take my pulse when I'm super stressed and then when I'm calm or 10 mins later? First thing in the morning when waking and then later? And the difference between the two numbers is my "number"?
