Keep in mind this beautiful community is in a very good school district. Some homes will have a beautiful backyard but some homes will have a retaining wall and a backyard. Close to Lake Lanier in a gorgeous area! It’s hard to find 100% home that has everything. You either choose the location which is the most important ( good area, good schools) or you choose the nicest home but in a ok area! Every family is different!
I visited this new development today and I have to say that im disappointed in Taylor Morrison for building homes on several lots that back up to a retaining wall at these price points.
