This ain't your cheap builder grade stuff. Amazing how some builders who price at a million plus will still install cheapie appliances, flooring, crappy cabinetry and wire rack pantry. I love this pantry, I'm guilty as I buy bulk. 😂 I'd have my own bodega here. ❤

WOW! that primary bedroom is INCREDIBLE!! The only thing that would make this more perfect would be a full kitchen in the basement. I also geeked over the pool bathroom (just gotta put up a gate so there are no slips). This place is amazing!!! The pantry is only a bonus.

House is perfect i couldnt find a thing about the house i didnt like even the staging was executed right. But if i had to say something it would be the busy street
The good thing is the noise doesn't translate into the home or behind. A added plus is the long driveway allowing the home to sit further away from the road. I'm happy you enjoyed the tour of this amazing property!❤️

I love this house, I saw so many houses from your tours and most of them the bedrooms and closet are so small or the pantry you can’t put almost nothing on them, or doesn’t come with pool for those high prices, but this house let me on speeches, everything is perfect, amazing, the only thing I change if the house is mine is the floor, I hate the imitation wood floor instead I use marble floor, I think for the price of 3.5 million deserve a gorgeous floor other than that is stunning ❤❤

That basement has full walled TV SCREEN , With CURTAINS at that second entrance way , pool table , setting for 20 people comfortably , half of my wet bar is build in ,, bat cave wouldn't have shit on it , theirs so much room to get lost in upstairs , ( on bended knee 😅again ) , lol , but still four million dollars and no elevator , , Yes. lots of room for the elders on the first floor , 😅

I’m big on colors for comfort and having that homely feeling. The gray trim, white walls and that boring flooring throughout the entire house isn’t it. Too much lighting, too many windows for me. I prefer a darker theme
