Cycle is an hour and a half long, had to use this cycle twice a month because of how much dirt was accumulating on the outer rubber.

We have a model that says clean washer stay fresh. Is this the same button? At Sears, the sales rep told us that this would tumble the clothes ever 8 minutes for 24 hours after the wash. I think he was wrong about that. But, I'm not sure. Your video seems to show the correct usage of my model's button. Can anyone confirm this?

I think we got it figured out. We learned that you have to first select the wash cycle. Then, you hold down the clean washer say fresh button for a few seconds. Then, it will tumble the clothes at the end of the wash to keep them fresh. I guess this is a fairly new feature because I can't Google this information anywhere else. In any case, I hope that I've explained this for someone else who might be wondering the same thing about our model's button.

The washer cannot run clean cycle. It stopped after two minutes and no matter how many times we tried it won't run.

It’s not laundry detergent, it’s washer machine cleaner. Tide makes one, you can usually find it in the laundry detergent aisle at the grocery store.
