RECIPE
2 cups macaroni, boil it in pre salted ocean water (or post salted tap water no you can’t actually use ocean water) according to the instructions minus a minute probably.
2 tablespoons butter melted in sauce pan on low
2 tablespoons flour tappety tapped into the pan while whangjangling until smoothly combined and cooked for a couple minutes
1.5 cups milk slowly added and it will clump then eventually smooth and I hope you haven't stopped whiskjangling
½ teaspoon of salt
pepper pepper pepper
1 teaspoon dijon or mustard powder
¾ teaspoon of garlic powder
¾ teaspoon of chili powder
Or just go buck wild and add more as the amount I've added doesn't really do justice to the STELHOOI method
Keep whangjangling that until it thickens
1 to 2 cups of shredded sharp or old cheddar, depending on how much of a maniac you are, whangjangle that in and kill the heat...
Then use your syringe to inject each noodle with cheese sauce and feel proud - Jak na to + styl

YSAC is one of those precious "Ongoing Classics"; an continuing series which is exactly the same as it was years ago.
You know that, no matter what else is happening in the world, YSAC's next video will be exactly the same as the rest, and there's a certain warm comfort in knowing that... although that might just be the Mac and Cheese.
The thing about YSAC is if you put all of their videos in a playlist and randomly play one of them, you'll have no idea when it was made.
I think we've seen three dog sizes in videos. So you might be able to if you randomly hit one of the ones with a dog in it.
Otherwise yeah, it's pretty fucking indecipherable when it's made.

You can also take some macaroni, put in a dash of wholegrain mustard and ham, this is basically a ham and cheese sandwich with macaroni instead of bread. Also known as the ham sandamoni and cheesewich or hamaroni and chustard. This pairs nicely with bragging about how much you drank last night.

I just wanted to suggest blooming spices in the butter first! It really amps up the aromatics and adds much more flavor rather than when you incorporate spices into the roux+milk mix

I’ve never enjoyed a 5 minute video as much as I’ve enjoyed this one
Okay I want a full version of that song that was incredible
For me I just throw in half a box of macaroni noodles, half a gallon of milk, 2 to 4 cups of water, half to 3/4 block of Velveeta cheese, and for my preferred cheeses 6 cups of colby jack, 6 cups of sharp cheddar, and 6 cups of mild cheddar cheeses all into a slow cooker and set that thing on high for 3 hours while you wait for 30 to 45 minutes before you begin to stir the mixture once every 30 minutes. Then once it's all mixes together and everything is cooked, soft, melted, and blended together, dig some our with a ladle, put in on a plate, and then eat it away with a spoon. You're more than welcome to use whatever cheeses you want and if you want to add anything else, you're free to do so. I recommend bacon and/or ground beef.

I could seriously listen to that song over and over again.
When i make this i like to start with a can of tuna. No idea how there in the states tuna is usually conserved. But here is canned in olive oil, so i fry the tuna a bit in it's own oil to get some nice browning. then i use that same oil as the fat for the rue. It makes a great tuna and cheese sauce.
We can get canned tuna in oil or water.
