Fishing and Camping around a Island group we’ve Never Fished Before.

The last time the boys went fishing Milan managed to land a solid kingfish in his old stomping ground. Milan hadn’t landed a king fish in that area for over a year. Milan had a blast and was super keen to go back and have another go and see if he could do it again. Nato agreed, but, only if Milan fished in spots the boys had never fished before. There is a small group of islands in the area that the boys have “over looked” in the years gone by. Milan studied a chart and has a few points picked out that have all the ingredients needed to produce big king fish. Can he do it again?

I work full time in Marine Search & Rescue here in Australia. Just something to think about when finding a floating fuel tank like that.
Wouldn’t be a bad thing to report to local Water Police at the time. It’s always possible it’s from a boat that’s sunk or capsized. Finding debris like that can be a huge help to search crews in locating missing people/boats.
Obviously most the time it’s nothing but one time it may be something.

Chur chur to the water police in Melbourne 😎 the tank belonged to a oyster barge the sunk a few days earlier. It got stranded some where and then the used another barge to push it free and pushed a hole in it and it sank 😳 thanks for the comment brother 😎

last time i found a fuel tank floating in the ocean i found 2 guys in the water 800mtrs away , awesome video as always guys 👌
The tank came off a oyster barge that sank after trying to push it from its stranded position with another barge, going on what we were told. Thanks for watching 😎

Handling the drone & keeping the phone filming (also the drone controller I imagine) epic footage. The scenery was amazing and you guys fish so close to land the kiwi land based guys are so spoilt, although I do understand you just can’t walk to these spots, beautiful all the same. Once again great content editing and banter, do you hide the knives when you hang crap on Milan when he drops a kingy, saw the look on his face mate, I suggest you do. Thanks for sharing and can I ask you post the vid where the bacon came from, anyone watching this, check out Nathan’s hunting channel. Having said that Milan update us on your house and where the salads come from, you guys feel like brothers to me & I imagine a lot of your followers and we can put up with some real life stuff like veggie gardens house building, it is a nice change from returning monster king fish to the sea but don’t stop doing that. I know, crazy a 🤪 we have driven past/through those islands on north bound missions to 😳 we got there finally 😂 Chur chur
all my best kings sessions have been during windy swell days...depends on your style of fishing?... Milans style isn't easy during wind n swell and I'm guessing getting seasick has a part to play!!?... ....I found kingys feed when they are hungry deep or on top...have seen packs of a 100 or more swim right by live squid lol....I wouldn't not go king fishing because I didn't find flat water.
When I said that flat water is where the kings are hunting I should have said that it applies to shallow water around islands or on the coast line not out in deep open water 😬
@@TheLateralLine personally I don't fish further than 200m from land....I think kings hunt whenever they hunt regardless of the surface conditions....100% more comfortable fishing flat days at anchor and its much much easier to fish a trail with live baits on balloons...but yeah wouldn't ant anyone to think flat water is the be all of king fishing...great video again BTW love seeing Milan get spanked on the light gear!!
