- Daniel's friend Andrew Southern invited us over to do a property showcase on the stunning Southern Grove Show Home where Ashville done the waste management and Daniel contributed with design elements.
This 13,000sqft property on an acre of land was bought for £7m, £4m was spent on the renovation and it's now valued at £15m, that's $18 million dollars!
It has 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a cinema, a games room, a (secret hidden) poker room, 2 swimming pools, a steam room, a gym, a five-a-side football pitch, a playground, an outside entertainment space, a zen garden, and a separate 2 bedroom flat for guests... oh and a 3 car garage!

Having built his company up he sounded humble as well, the house is amazing from the front gate to the gold pole, and the vision to create this home that is liveable as well as a showpiece shows true commitment and awesome build.
That is the thing that amazes me the most everytime Daniel interviews Andrew, his humility, both of these guys are inspirational.

Daniel really knows his stuff and it shows with how he describes the features of the house and all the fine details. Really good house tour / interesting / great house with top end quality throughout.
My decorating company has worked on bespoke houses in salcombe, Dartmouth etc but this build is something else 🔥

This house is so unbelievably insane. Marble architrave. The details and quality are so amazing and beautiful. Great idea to showcase instead of samples or small examples in a showroom. Absolutely brilliant video with so much information. Thanks to all those involved for doing the video and sharing the house on here so we get to see it.

Wow! What a phenomenal home! A lot love went into each room the level of detail is next level. Love the bathrooms and the pools. I really liked the hidden room. You should have this featured in grand designs if there's footage of it.

Absolutely smashed it out of the park, the only thing I would've liked that little more in the house. Was that black & gold stone tiles & gold grout that is found in the top floor toilet. Otherwise, nailed it & that secret room a masterpiece 💕
