Ebay Chi Gladiator 72 Compact Battery Saga Part 1: Unboxing and Inspection

I found this Chi Gladiator 72 Compact battery on eBay for $700 in pretty rough shape. I am going to try and repair this battery or at least salvage it for parts. This is a high performance battery pack and it would be great to have 2 of them! In this video I contacted Chi Battery Systems support about seeing if the can service or repair this battery and was refused service.
