Free-ish Surron Ultra Bee skid plate protection -- heavy-duty zip ties!

Hi, Ultra Bee owners. I am always trying to save money, and was curious if I could use heavy-duty zip-ties to help protect the motor. While I haven't run into much stuff yet -- loose rocks, sticks, branches, lots, brush, etc, quite yet, I am confident this might provide a modicum of protection. I am going to keep an eye on it to see how this works! I have a few other "free" tricks that I hope to list on a future video.

Genius, I was just trying figure out a way to attach a small piece of hdpe in this area . Gonna try hiding it behind your zip tie method

Two rides .. one with lots and lots of loose shale rocks. So far, so good! My guess is that the zip ties will eventually break from impact, but that means they protected the motor somewhat. We'll keep an eye on it! Thanks for the reminder to check.
