But i think there’s something you have to clarify, you said (t 1/2 )1 is 50% and this is correct, then you said (t1/2)2 is 25 but its 75% eliminated not 25
And (t1/2)3 it should be 87.5% not 12.5 and so on .

Plasma 1/2 life of gentamycin is 3 hours.Terminal half life is 50 hours.

Must be accumulated in various organ and the again diffuse back in plasma
