Welcome to another energy-pulling healing video. I will be focusing on grounding us in this video, since I am aware that it is needed for many of you. Being grounded is the foundation for us to be able to have ease in our bodies, and when we aren't, we get disconnected and often lost in energies like loneliness, hopelessness, and resistance to staying in our bodies. What I do when I am pulling, is I am actually just creating a flow of your energy, simply allowing it to flow as it so beautifully does when there is nothing in the way. I am allowing that pathway to be untouched, to have the space for you to break free.
