The first time I saw this I saw the little girl and her say “it’s gorgeous “ and in the next clip grandma putting some garnish on something, I blurted out “she’s cooked it!” My wife spat her drink out and couldn’t stop crying with laughter and my 11 year old daughter gave me the death stare…
My wife popped into there today to pick up a flea collar for the cat and they didn’t even have that. The place is a joke, this will be another company going under soon.
Start selling cages appropriate for hamsters ! They sell kids animals and give out awful advise how can people give proper care when the people giving advice is wrong ! I will be doing a live and asking pets at home what there requirements are for a hamster !!!!😮
Please stop abusing the animals behind closed doors and please stop purchasing from animal mills where sick animals are frozen, slaughtered or decapitated for fun!
Really? You're all for pets? What about all the unsafe products you sell for small pets? You know that what you're selling is unsafe so why do you continue? Because all you care about is profit. You sell TINY cages for hamsters calling them 'extra large' when they are way under the MINIMUM size of 100x50cm. You spent probably thousands of pounds on this advert when you could have been making suitable cages and products to sell. Please listen to all these people who are trying to get you to improve your small animal care.
Kill joy 🙄 you don't leave hamsters in cages 24/7 you can buy balls etc some are just carry cages too, you handle them if they are left in a cage 24/7 then that's on the owners
@@susandavey2361 Hamster balls are extremely unsafe as they have no control over it, they can get limbs stuck in the ventilation holes and there is not enough ventilation.
I work for Pets at Home, and the amount of animosity we get from certain animal groups is extremely upsetting, because it's like you're blaming everyone attached the company (including the store workers) for having to balance following the company guidelines, with giving genuinely helpful advice so animals can have the best life possible. The company has a lot of flaws, but I work there so I can give the animals we look after the best life possible, and share my knowledge (Including advising people who buy hamsters that they need to upgrade to a bigger cage over the suitable parameters) with people who try to buy animals having done no research. If you have an issue with the company, take it up with the CEO's and the big wigs, rather than tar everyone within the company and every store with a negative image.
@@alexandrakelsey7406 I've got absolutely nothing against people who work at Pets At Home. It's great when they are actually educated and will give out proper advice. I have emailed the Pets at home ceo and I've had no reply.
I paid extra for same day delivery which is today and i didn't receive my order and no one from your company is helping. I have already tried online chat option. They are closed now and when they were open the agent disconnected the chat on me without resolution. That's the shit service you all provide. You only bounce customers' issues from one window to other. I will take this to consumer forum and ombudsman.
There has never been a more relatable advert like this before.
Brilliant advert.....love the dog breaking wind at the end ...hilarious 😅😅😅
Sweet, funny and oh, so relatable...Great song choice, too! 👍
The way she says 'he's gorgeous' about her rat is fabulous!!! Great advert, with good choice of music!
My thoughts exactly.
Can't stop laughing I can see myself in the man trying to pick up the poo in the storm! Hysterical 😂😂😂😂😂
The man crying while his gerbil was undergoing treatment, and the firefighter carrying the bunny, made me sob 😢
Absolutely superb choice of song!

The woman's face holding her scream after she finds her dog painted the living room is priceless. 😅
Initially caught this at the cinema had to come here to see it again, because it's such a feel good ad. Love it!

If this is supposed to be an uplifting advert why are you showing the funeral for the poor cat? 😭
I think the aim was for pet owners to feel seen and understood rather than uplifted.

Another cringe woke advert
How is it woke? What did I miss?
