I got a great deal on carrots, but they were going to go bad if i didn't juice them right away, so I created this yummy recipe. Nama juicer did an amazing job on jucing 10lb of carrots.
I used the pulp for my carrot muffins, and I freeze the rest for future baking.
5 bags (10lb) carrots
4 lemongrass
1 inch ginger
1 inch turmeric
1 lemon
Yeilds 2.5 L

I didn’t feel like it was worth it. It doesn’t leave pulp dry enough and leaves more pulp that the first one. Easier to clean though and its larger opening is convenient but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It seems to be cheaper now. I bought it last year at $199 with a discount. Total $159. But I see other options. I would suggest keep browser the similar juicers that pop up

is it true vitamins are lost due to freshness the longer it was juiced
the slower the juicer is the better quality of juicer there is with more nutrients.
I’m looking for a masticating juicer but some are so expensive, $500+.. is there a big difference between a slow juicer and a cold press juicer?
Yes, there is a big difference. The whole point of juicing is to enjoy the benefits of raw vegetables and fruits, and slow-speed juicers keep these nutrients intact. They don't tarnish nutrients and enzymes that fast blades destroy. They don't add heat like high-speed blades and motors, so your produce maintains its integrity. A slow cold press juicer yields more juice and there is less waste in the waste bucket. You can batch juice for 3 days with a slow cold press juicer and with a high-seed juicer it's best to drink the day off as it oxidizes much faster, I try to store it for one day in the fridge but the flavor was definitely different..

@trevormcdonald385 No, actually, it wasn't full of pulp it was very little, but some people in my family dont like any pulp at all in the juice.
