    Hi if you can give me advice much appreciated, I am.doing this job ,I removed the upper fork from the bottom exactly like you did it ,both bush ring came out ,the washer and the seal ,but when I try to clean the bottom piece another 3rd ring bush came out .......only asking because on your video I can see only 2 bush rings

      Hello, yes, in some types there is one more bushing ring, so one on the inner tube end and two at the top of the bottom part.

      @@latzkoworks thanks yes after 2-3 hours I understood it ,on gen 2 2007 there is 3 bushes ,the 3rd one is rest in the middle of the bottom piece..... thanks

    Hi, I saw your videos about fjr front forks, You are using a repsol 5 w ? Is not a 10w? In My bike I using a 10w and is so soft..

      Hello, in the repair manual was written the 5w. The original springs used to be too soft after time.

    What year is this bike? I'm my forks are stuck and I can't remove them to replace the bushings on my '06 Fjr!

      Same here. Got it unstuck. Did you put all 3 bushings back in or did you leave the middle one out.

    I'm struggling to get the bolt back in the bottom of the fork. Is there something that I'm doing wrong.
    I have an fjr1300

      Hello, nothing special. Just install the inner parts in the right sequence, hold all them horizontally, and push them together. After that you should lift up a little bit the upper end, and turn the bolt in.
