Oh boy that completely changes everything for my Skycamp Mini. Thank you so much! I got both the air mattress and the stock mattress and it is hard to leave our sleeping bags and pillows inside with both mattresses stored.

Good stuff man! I was going crazy not being able to leave my bedding in mine. Only camped in it once & have the exped megamat max (6") + some big canvas sleeping bags. Got the ikamper mattress like yours finally, its been out of stock.

Hey there! It was one I found on Amazon. Dont remember exactly but there is a non-affiliated link to it in the description. Ive used it on several trips and have only recharged it once. I highly recommend it!

Hi. Yes. The inflatable replaced the foam stock mattress. Thats sits in my garage now. Have fun out there!

Thanks for the vid. I live down under and the iKamper is not well bought here so I needed some help from other uses like yourself. I have iKamp mini 3. Can you tell me what height spacers you put under the iKamp for you awning? I have big issues getting my 270 awning to fit because if camper overhang on platform and the hinge opening of the lid extending outwards so much . I’d be keen to ask a few more questions with your setup !
Hey there. I had 3/4” spacers to fit the rails of my rack, made of black cutting board material. I permentantly mounted them to the rail. I have a Bushcompany awning and the brackets that came with it are 3/4” high. With the spacers, the tops of the rails are flush with the awning bracket. Hope that helps.

Are you still happy with the iKamper? How does is fare in wind/rain? Will you recommend the Annex?
Hi. Yes. Love it and highly recommend. Feels very lux compared to other RTTs. Dont have Annex so cant recommend.

Thanks!! I understand it has air and foam, how do you think it would hold up with a dog? Worried the dogs nails could put a hold on the mattress, or is it super durable?
I think it would hold to a pooch. Our little pomeranian is always up there with us and no issues. But she is small. It has memory foam. I would have no reservations about our big dog going up. Hope that helps!
Can the rainfly of this 3.0 mini be completely pulled back over the top like when it's sunny?
Do you have condensation issues with that mattress?
Do you and your partner hit each other arms-is it really wide enough for 2 people? And this is not the 2x model correct? I think the 3.0 mini is now slightly wider than the previous 2.0 mini. But the 2x was to fit more stuff that is why I ask.
Hi. Its the iKamper matress made for our Mini 3.0. No condensation issues at all. There is plenty of room for two. We have even done 3 but thats really tight. We have a 3.0 mini and it is designed to fit more stuff inside. Good luck!
What’s the brand/model of the wind fairing you have on?
Hi! By wind fairing, do you mean the awning or perhaps the little upslope in front of the iKamper? Awning is a 180 XT from thebushcompany. Upslope came with our Prinsu roofrack. I have an install video for both if you’re interested. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend!
Do you have a sun/moonroof on your SUV? I keep seeing that it's a non-issue, but I'm hoping for some insight!
Hi. I dont have a moon/sun roof but I dont think it would matter. If I had one cant imagine any issues I would have with one.

How close is the bracket to your roof. I have same setup prinsu rack and mini and bracket is literally almost touching roof.
Hey. I have a 3/4” spacer between the rack and iKamper. I did that cause the awning brackets were in the way. Hope this helps!
would you recommend the skycamp mini for one adult + two teens?
Yeah. One adult and two smaller teens will be fine. But three grown ups is too cramped.

that's wild I have a hard time closing my mini 2.0 with nothing inside of it other than the mattress
Yeah. I think the redesign helped but I really think its keeping the struts clear. Never been in a 2.0 but i gotta think it would be same there too.
Geez I’m shocked at how much stuff you loaded in there 😮. I sold my clam shell RTT and getting the 2.0 mini for Black Friday … going to replace the stock mattress with the same inflatable mattress that you have and that should buy me back some storage real estate
@@alexhurtado4708 hey there! Cool. Enjoy the iKamper! Not sure if the 2.0 can do the same. I dont have any experience with 2.0. 3.0 was redesigned so that it could be used to store more items. If you can somehow test it out before buying I would try that. Otherwise happy trailing!

I actually now keep an inflatable mattress, my sleeping bag and two small pillows in mine.
My rain fly turned yellow from the ladder with the cover on the ladder.
