With the bagel Boi the switch was blocking th one arm from turning
With the explosives in rockets in rockets in rockets he drew the smoke trails and explosions of the final product

The hopping thing reminded me of one half of a Boston Dynamics Spot. Maybe you could build one =)

Make a transformation race:
Hovercraft race with bombs on the ground,
Car checkpoint race,
Airplane Obstacle Gate Race with 1 hour build time.
Or make a no bearing race with a 30 min time limit
Or an only thrusters race ( the vehicle is only use thrusters for movement and thrusters as wheels )
Or make a beyblade battle.
sometime they need to do a mega multiplayer Monday where they have 30 mins to build

What if you did a multiplayer Monday race except everyone has to re-wire each other’s vehicles after the build timer.

lol at 4:50 is funny, because where i live people call that a carolina squat and they actually have their cars doing that, on purpose.
When building double whishbone suspension it's hard to get those suspensions to stop shaking. What I do to the part which connects the suspension to the car is: build from the suspension towards the car and from the car to the suspension one by one, when they meet just weld them. That should fix the shaking, probably

You could use different switches for each leg for that hopper. That way you could make it like you were walking and steer that way. :) 13:21

With things like glitchy bearing structures, noodle pistons, and suspension that has a pretty narrow range where it works smoothly, the devs basically integrated broken/fatigued parts without quite meaning to.
I love rhe bagel. I laughed so hard i couldn't breathe XD
YDIB is joy in a digital package. Like asking Scrapman to do a Rorschach test. Some he'll get perfect; others simply fun to see regardless.

I really enjoy messing about with suspension. Trying to make super compact, yet still functional vehicles that handle terrain like its no big deal. Couple months back, I made my first super stable offroader. And it was by accident. I was trying to make a multiplayer car.
I was screaming 'YOU'RE MISSIN A BEARINGG'
Loved the rocky wheeler (springs and piston for legs) But think you could make it better by restricting the length the piston goes like 3-13. That way its never completly unfolded, thereby giving it better traction.
With the bagel thing, it was creating a double pendulum with having two separate arms being on two different bearings like that.
Scrap man: its not worth the extra bearings, me: builds a car with a height adjustable push rod suspension, witch is the best car i have ever driven

to change the height just increase or decrease the angle of the suspension

A suspension build off would be awesome. Make a torture test and run one vehicle at a time for antilag purposes
MULTIPLAYER MONDAY IDEA: all of you draw a vehicle and then you swap drawings and everyone has to build a drawing but with certain rules and specifications that might need slightly changed.

I recently tried to make pushrod style suspension and it has much less sway than just doube wishbone suspension.
Frog car needs to be in multiplayer monday. Also, connect a controller to the flail to keep the arms stiff until it's up to speed and then delete the controller.

Id love to see that thruster seat be taken to a whole new level. Spend maybe an episode on making a thruster powered hovering throne of ultimate power. Just go all into making a crazy throne with all sorts of function an attachments while being able to fly in it. LIKE SO HE CAN SEE!!

On mm do "Barrel Bash" where you have to run through 5 barrel checkpoints with a line of 15 barrels. (Small explosive) have something like a push bar or a plow on the front of the vehicle. If u miss a barrel u miss a point
I normally put pistons on top of the suspension so they don't Glitch

I think the rope thing with bombs was supposed to be like a firework. It is shot up with a rocket and 4 rockets shoot of in different directions... then each of those 4 rockets has 4 rockets that will shoot off in different directions and all 16 of these smallest rockets have explosives. So maybe have each rocket have a timer on it before they ignite and the last one's timers are for how long before the rocket runs off and drops to the ground to explode. Put sparks and smoke on them too to make it look a bit like a firework... and then they rain down the 16 bombs.

My guess on the last drawing is that it was supposed to be a firework.. I mean a explosion within a explosion within a explosion... sounds likable a firework to me...

on the double wishbone suspention remove the bearings that connect the springs to the chassis

The rocket thing was a flight trajectory with the final stage being bombs
At around 12:00,there's a rotational animation to the welder that attaches blocks with bearings together.I searched for it on the help book but it only mentioned the simple welding.Wander how to do that though......
With a little tweaking, the double wishbone could be far better. I would add a second suspension on each.

You should use the sport suspension instead. It doesn't create that weird "disconnect glitch" and you can have the same amount of suspension travel by moving the springs closer to the car center.
The stabilization glitch can be removed just by placing more bearings around the suspension piece which allow the suspension to move in more directions - that isn't needed in real life but scrap mechanic is scrap mechanic.
If you want me to show you how to remove the suspension glitch i can send picture or link to my creation on your discord.
