I have been attending these events for many years now and I have felt thus way about Rumble in the Bronx for a long while. Killah Mike makes a ton of money off this whole thing and tries to masquerade it as doing something good for the community. It's a very ghetto "hood" environment, and you're going to be dealing with disingenuous people. I remember an older gentleman was beaten by a 17 year old, and Killah Mike did nothing but berate the older man the entire fight. If you're looking for a more honorable fight club, look to "Streetbeefs".

I realized pretty quick he didn’t give a shit - it’s the popularity and bread lol - He just found a cause people could get behind.
Idk why my previous comment was deleted, but yeah, I went to a few of these events since 2015. Mike is only in it for the money, he says a lot of terrible things about fighters during the fight. In My other comment, I mentioned how he made terrible remarks towards a fighter's weight & stretch marks while commenting the fight on the microphone. He looks for conflict in the neighborhood to make exciting events that will sell out. There was one where he convinced some girl's ex boyfriend and her new baby daddy to come and fight. They didn't see a single penny, but Mike made well over 7 thousand that event. I'm not sure if my comment was deleted because it was disrespectful towards Mike or something, but I think it should be known that Mike is definitely not the good guy he tries to make himself seem.
