The thing I wasn't expecting and was a big surprise for me when I made it to 40 is almost half the people I used to know have died and a lot of the ones still around are people that took care of themselves or at least made a halfway attempt at it and didn't party constantly and take every drug and drink known to man....When I was in high school in the late 90's those kids partied like it was the end of time....it was unreal
I am currently 25 and yes. I'm glad to not be part of those party goers. Those people are the saddest when that's all they do. Already few of my peers have passed away. And I know the count will just keep getting higher. I hope I'm one of the later ones to pass though. Life is too precious
