Thanks bro appreciate it.. i couldnt wire the horn because the shirt hub doesnt have any provision to run wires... Not sure if u can with the assault hub👍
@@GLifeUTV Ahh, just saw this comment. Not sure if you figured it out since then or not. I was thinking of putting washers to space it out and pull the wires that way or drilling somehow.

Hey man. I wanted to ask about the horn install. Did you drill through the hub to get the wires out for the NRG wheel? I need to get mine setup and was thinking of doing spacers vs drilling.

Yup pretty sure its the same 🤟..assault quick release is pretty much just an NRG quick release..
All in all is it worth upgrading the steering wheel? Leather or suede. Round or D shaped. Wanting to do it but is there any major gain or just looks? Great videos man keep it up!

I purchased the short hub from your link. SRK-RLMXH. It doesn't seem to be the correct hub. The box does say Can Am maverick X3 however the spines are sloppy and the hub slides right on and bottoms out before its even tightened. There is no taper fit at all. Seem like it would crush the C clip if I tighted it down. Something isn't right. Did your have a taper for on your unit? When I look at the NGR short adaptor parts list they sent with the adaptor it shows a diffent part #...SRK-MX3H. Any help would be appreciated. This adaptor SRK-RLMXH doesn't seem correct.
Ive heard of issues from nrg with the short hub. Best thing to do is contact NRG. Not sure what changed with them. The link i have is the part i purchased🤷 sorry to hear u are having changes.. im going to delete the link, hopefully they get it straightened out
@@GLifeUTV ya info is hard to come by with them. Do you remember if your hub had a taper? Looks like in your video it slid right on and does not. Maybe that's by design. Just seems like the hub will press down hard on the steering shaft c clip when its tightened. Have you had any issue since you installed your short hub? Thanks again for any info.
@@waynemass2110 my hub has had no issues. It doesnt have a taper that i remember. Its just splined
