I find this fight hard too but here are some pointers that should help: 1. You're jumping wayyy too much. Jumps should almost exclusively be used to counter sweeps or to perform jump MDs. (Not a hard rule but you'll find yourself getting better if you play this way) 2. Learn the attack patterns. You're pretty deep into the game at this point and you should know by now that spamming deflect does not help. Focus instead on predicting moves. For example, in the Genichiro fight you will notice that he has a tendency of taking a few steps back when you're fighting aggressively. When he steps back like this there's really only one of two things he does: he either waits for your approach to start attacking again or he jumps into the air and shoots 4 arrows at you. Without being aware of this tendency it's possible but still kinda hard to deflect all 4 arrows but if you're expecting it, it gets much easier. 3. Your use of mortal draw is kinda spammy. It's a long animation and it leaves you open and vulnerable. You should use it only when you know they won't be attacking for the next 2 seconds. Ofc the MD itself will stagger and interrupt any attacks but if it isn't fast enough there's a chance you still get hit. So wait for the opening before using MD. Also if you weren't already aware, jumping before using MD does more damage to vitality and posture for some reason. This does seem like one of your first few attempts at the mini-boss but I wanted to point all this out just in case. Good luck and have fun.
I gotta agree with you, this guy just spams deflect and prays for one of them to land. This mini boss really isn’t that hard. I think I killed it on my second try
Yeah that’s kinda happens when you have back buttons and haven’t played the game in a minute. These aren’t games you can shy away from for a couple days and play others lol.
Surprised the video isn't about mist noble
lol I thought about it.
