I actually added the options to adjust the matierlas in the 3d viewport from the panel. They later implemented that as well. Also that loading mechanism, they added that in their other added and so I added that to this one as well. I believe it's now in their as well. Still don't understand why they didnt do that from the start. Same as their population addon. When you use it, it feels like blender is crashing, but it's doing tons of work in the background. So I added the preload system again. I also improved the import time by 30-40% speedup

I personally feel botaniq trees animation looks realistic than vegetation. Vegetation tree animation reeflects zach's method of trees animation

      @@RomboutVersluijs that's another artists method!

i.e., using displacement to fake movement!

@@jkartz92 ah I think I know what you mean. Is that with the empty and a very rough large displacement on top of the mesh

Great video! :) Which addon has better quality models: vegetation or botaniq?

Do some video about camera settings. I don't get how to apply parallel projection or 2 point perspective, to have straight lines in images.

Straight line can be done by using tilt shift option onnthe camera settings. You use it by first I rotating the camera to x90 and than use x and y shift the alter the camera left and right and up and down. The vertical planes stay vertical this way. Just like a tilt-shift lens can do
