Depends on the type of cops you are talking about, local municipal cops yes they have more power then them, county sheriff it could depend but generally no, and state and federal usually no. Everything is situational. But you are definitely right about game wardens being chill, when you have nothing but nature to hang out with that usually does it.

A game warden has the the same powers as a highway patrolman because they are State Police but they also have the power to enforce hunting and fishing laws which the highway patrol or other law enforcement entities do not. They've showed up and backed us on hostage situations. So the original post is right the Game Wardens cover more laws than any other state law enforcement group.
I dont fuck around with dnr, you want to do questionable shit hunting and fishing, do it without me. They can walk in your home and take any and all guns and gear associated with suspected poaching... thats a big ass no for me. I pay extra for my trout unlimited plates, donate to wild life preserves, those dudes are in the dnr because they have a passion for crushing the souls of shit bags. Coolest guys in law enforcement for sure, never had one fuck with me in traffic though, and I'm pretty sure they have every right to conduct traffic stops.

He was cutting him a huge break and didn't want to be seen letting him go when he should of impounded his bike, took him to jail and suspend his licenses. He was asking about health insurance because in Florida you don't need insurance on your bike if you have health insurance but any damages will be paid by the rider. This is probably another reason he had him turn off the cam because he didn't want that info becoming known.
@@Rx_Lee No, he literally said that the previous cop made a mistake and should not have gotten the previous ticket (which would mean he also would not be issuing a ticket himself) and didn't want evidence of the other officer's mistake on video.

Um, "highest level"? A game warden is a peace officer, so they can enforce all local criminal and traffic laws. They have a state-wide jurisdiction, is that what you meant? There has been some debate on warrantless searches, but there is no level of anything that overrides the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

I got a speeding ticket and it was extremely expensive. I always stay under the speed limit now lmao 60 months of probation and 5000 in fees.(so by no means am I the slow dickhead in the passing lane on the highway) If it say 65 limit I'll do 60-65. I get passed constantly, guess people think all bikes are for speed. I ride a 94 honda xr650l currently, I've had every other bike experience, loving the xr as fall creeps around. But anyways I always find myself watching cars go by acting as if the speed limit is too slow for them and I should move with traffic. In my state anything over 80 is a super speeder and it's straight to jail with fines, on every actual freeway it's idk 65, I gotta do 75 at times to keep with the flow. It doesn't make any sense. It's a limit, meaning in any condition, in any vehicle, no higher. It's a Limit not a suggestion. Yet on two lane roads around town that are like 45 -65 I get passed on the left lane as if it were the highway. If I do 40 they do 60, if I do 60 they do 80

None of the bikes had plates. They probably don’t have insurance or licenses either. Their whole purpose is to do everything to remain anonymous to the law so they cant be caught, but eventually when they low side or high side or collide, it will come to an end. Either seriously injured or worse.

11:15 everyone freaking out about trubowen being asked to turn the camera off. Clearly can't see past their noses as to what was going on and why he was asked that. Why are kids these days so clueless to the BIG PICTURE. He was asking him if he had his helmet on and health insurance when he got pulled over
the previous time because he was questioning the validity of that previous "fix it" ticket. And he didn't want it posted on line him telling the guy he doesn't need insurance on the bike as long as he has health insurance because of something to do with Florida law. You've got to LISTEN with your ears, actively listening, which means you are focusing on what they are saying and not thinking of a response until they are done speaking, you also must look at his body language and things he did and did NOT do. He literally was not going to write him a ticket and you can see that by what he didn't do. He only had his driver's license in his hand, didn't ask for registration, and kept asking about him wearing his helmet and health insurance. And never sat down and his computer. That's the biggest clue of all. He was trying to help trubowen out. But he doesn't want it being on the internet for multiple reasons.
There's that, now trubowen if you don't want to get pulled over anymore, might I suggest you stop with the excessive speeding all the time. You aren't doing yourself any favors. They can only warn you so many times, or cut you a break so many times, before you get busted for reckless driving, go to jail, get hurt or worse. Do your loved ones a favor, stop speeding, you should be doing no more than 10 over unless it's a school zone. Just because you can doesn't mean you should!!!!!
We also don't know when a cop is going to decide to randomly murder us and claim we were reaching for something dangerous like a wallet or cell phone. Keep recording the assholes and maybe they will start facing accountability.
You can also just delete that footage. Never stop recording. You don't know what will happen next in a LEO encounter.

But fact is based on what we saw he was trying to help and simply doesn't want to face backlash from doing so. If he was out to hurt him, or not help, he'd have tickets him right away and called it good. And at those speeds it could've been pretty bad depending on what criminal speed is in Florida...

Well he was getting a huge break because that cop could easily impound him for doing 80 in a 25.....the officer didn't want to get his coworker in trouble because in Florida you are not required to have insurance on a bike....but if you get in a wreck there can be penalties. The other cop should NOT have given him a ticket for insurance. I mean if I was caught doing 80 in a 25....and was being given a warning I would gladly turn it off as a favor for that one time.

I fucking love when people help push cars. My car broke down when my son was like 4 months old, I was in a middle lane on a normal road and NO ONE helped me until AAA got there. I was scared and mortified. I vowed to never pass a car that needed help, at least check on them. Just this summer I helped push 4 cars. Twice no one else came to help, once I joined 3 others push a truck, last time on the highway and thy were in far right lane, two teenager girls panicking and crying with dad on video call lol in two different cars next to us they acted like we weren't even there and honked at us lol like really??? I saw a cal-fire pick up truck stop a little Honda civic that was going well over 100mph between Temecula and San Diego. I didn't know they even had lights but my friend who is a cal fire captain said they have full police powers and can stop you, ticket you, even arrest you.

7:00 gotta say he was a basic cop pulling numbers out of his ass like they are told to do but still he did the right thing. There wasn’t a speed that he could write on paper so he shouldn’t write a ticket
He was nice enough about it, not being bossy or pissy. Like he said, didn't clock him but still couldn't just let it slide. That is exactly how they should be handling this sort of thing.

The fish and game commission can ruin your life. If they catch you with an illegal animal such as a Whitetail deer for example they can take your guns and your vehicle and if you are a habitual poacher you will lose a lot more than that.They are the top of the top in law enforcement on the streets
