12:25 That is a recoloured version of Rough Ranger and what it does is create a barrier to protect from Ki Blast Based Skills that are from a distance, if the enemy is close it does the kick action. But the kick is mainly to counter Strike Based Skills

Sentinel barrier doesnt just do the barrier thing on ki blast ultimates. It works on any ki blast. You just have to be within some distance from the opponent. Anyways, i enjoyed the vid!

Technically speaking we should call the silver hair form just Ultra Instinct and the black hair form Ultra Instinct sign/omen or what I do is I called the black hair form Ultra instinct (sometimes omen) and I called the white hair form completed Ultra instinct but I ain't going to mind if you say mastered, it's like teen Gohan it's incorrect but so ingrained in our head that it doesn't really matter
