LUNCH:
Quinoa Cesar Salad
1 cup Cesar Salad Dressing
½ cup Bell Peppers
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Cup Spinach
1 cup Quinoa Rice (cooked) : 2cups of water and boil till evaporated
1cup Nuts
Directions
1. Add the ingredients to the jar in this order
Dressing, bell peppers, rice, spinach, cheese, nuts
Breakfast
Overnight Oats - Strawberry Honey
2 cups Oats
1 cup yogurt
2 cup oat milk
3 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup Mashed strawberry
Directions
1. Add the ingredients in the jar in this order
Oats, yogurt, milk, honey, syrup, and mashed strawberries then mix all together
Garnish: cut up strawberries
Snack: Salty
1 avocado sliced with salt and pepper and chili powder
3 hardboiled eggs with salt and pepper with chili powder
2 slices turkey bacon
A few Cheese bricks
Snack: Sweet
Strawberry and raspberry popsicle (in my reel)
Dinner:
Garlic Parm Chicken
White Rice
Sweet Corn
Green Beans
Baked Potatoes
Sauce Ingredients
Garlic Parm Chicken
2 cup Heavy Cream
2 cup Chicken broth
½ cup Green onion
½ cup Spinach
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
2 cups Parmesan cheese
Seasoning: nature, all purpose, garlic, and herb, smoked paprika, basil
Directions:
1. Mixed all ingredients in a pot and cook it on low until completed mix and hot, taste to you preference
Grilled Chicken:
Marinade 4 hours in refrigerator: Garlic olive oil, bbq, nature seasoning, paprika, rosemary, parsley
1. Take out chicken and cut into diced pieces
2. Place in a grill pan with avocado oil and a little chicken broth
3. Once broth evaporate turn heat a bit to grill the chicken once cooked thoroughly with some grill marks take out the pan and place to the side
4. Pour the sauces on top of the chicken breast
Baked Potatoes
Directions
2 potatoes diced on a clear baking sheet
Add Avocado oil
Seasoning: Potatoes seasoning, Cajun, white pepper
Cook in over for 35 minutes of 430 F
White Rice
2cup rice
2.5cup water
1. Cook on med-high for 13-14 minutes
Southern sweet corn
1 canned sweet corn (any form of whole corn)
½ cup flour
1cup turkey Greece
½ cup sugar
1cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper Pinch
1. Place all into a pan and cook for 5- 10 minutes
