Residents in the Indian capital New Delhi have been suffering from breathing problems from a massive fire that broke out in the city’s largest landfill in Ghazipur. Excavators were deployed to remove rubbish piles and control the fire that has been emitting large plumes of smoke. But as residents continued to suffer from the effects of the smoke, authorities sought to reassure the public that the blaze is under control.

Aerial vehicle arent meant to stop fire, they only act to prevent spread of fire using retardant on fire path without existing stop gap
A complete land fill of 50 acres which is burning cannot be stopped by helicopter. Helicopter can max cease fire in a building. Secondly the fire at places is within the land fill i.e from top there is no fire. BUt inside the land fill there is fire.
