Richard Thompson is one of the wonders of this world!
Richard, You're always WONDERFUL! And your Lady is Lovely! Blessings!
Those 18 can take a long walk on a short pier... This is good stuff... Thanks a Million
Dear Mr. Thompson, Many thanks for brightening a little corner of the world in a dark time.
And thanks to Zara, too. Charming lady!
Thank you Richard!
Thank you both 🏴🏴
Congratulations on your new marriage. You're making the most of your musical talent and life in general and that makes me happy as a fan
Finally got around to listening to this after saving it the day it went out live.
In the early 1980’s I went down to see Richard play at the Half Moon pub in Putney, only to find a still-smoking, half destroyed ruin (not Richard, the pub). Never got to see him live, although he’s undoubtedly one of the greatest songwriters and musicians to have emerged from the UK in my lifetime.
How wonderful to find something to put a smile on my face. You truly are a treasure and I am very grateful. Stay safe & healthy-we need you!
RT truly a National Treasure. Be seeing you next June by the sounds of it. Thank you.
Simply wonderful, many many thanks!
Thank you, Richard!
Thank you both. You really are bright lights! x
Always astonishing!
More! More! Please, More!
I recently heard Richard and Zara in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Great show. He continues to explore, surprise and entertain. Great songs and incredibly interesting and amazing guitar playing. I had a few CDs but I just now have begun to explore the Richard and Linda stuff and most recent endeavors. Binge exploring. Too much fun. Lovely time with this video.
Thank you Richard!!
Excellent program. Thank you so much. Great selection.
thank you, Richard xxx

Richard T, this is great. I used to sit in the front row of last week and have found out I’m dying ...".."..your UK South Coast. I’m a backing singer, so I joined in enthusiastically
I’d just had cancer then. Sadly I was in hospitallast week and could have a day, 3 months or a year - phew
You have been one of the best things in my love. You’re great, love you, thank you, keep going xx Jenn
I used to sit in the front row of you South Coast UK concerts, that’s what I meant to say! x
How wonderful that Richard Thompson's magnificent songs of darkness struggle & fate should be such a balm in times like these.

From the UK, many thanks Richard for this and many years of great music.
If I ever get tired of watching Richard play, I will know it's time for me to leave this world. He sounds as fresh as when I first heard him in 1980. Thank You Richard for all the hours of joy you have provided me over all these years.
So as I sit here in my living room in New Jersey USA and quietly climb the walls I suddenly come upon this wonderful gift from Richard Thompson. Thank you sir for at least temporarily restoring my sanity and giving me the ability to go out and face the world tomorrow Albeit I am facing it from inside my house
A gift is right boyo
well if what I heard is true , Richard Thompson is sitting in his living room there in New Jersey ...
( as am I )
Montclair , I’m told
One of the Lowden Guitar Company's finest assets - no-one does Lowden guitars better than the brilliant RT!!
This man is a public treasure!
I didn’t get to watch this live, but have just watched it now here on my couch in Dublin. I loved every minute. Thank you both so much for sharing your gifts with us all. Can’t wait for the next one and looking forward to your next live gig in Dublin, when all this is over. God bless you.
Up Ballyer ...x
I loved every minute as well. I've seen Richard Thompson live twice - once in West Hampton Beach, NY, all of 425 seats, as part of the Loud and Rich tour (I saw it with a good friend, John - RIP - God Loves a Drunk...) and at the now defunct Bearsville Theatre ( near Woodstock, NY. Richard Thompson and friends, with Richard and a host of amazing talent including his son Teddy (great set of pipes and a talent in his own right - saw him solo at Helsinki Hudson), Martin Simpson, one of the Wainrights , John Sebastian and others after the frets and refrains workshop) with about 600 seats - my days of seeing concerts with 50,000 of my best friends are long over This has the feeling of another live concert but even more intimate. Thank you, Mr. Thompson, for a job well done and for some memorable moments and thank you for Ms. Phillips - a true delight with obvious mutual affection, enthusiasm for the music, general joie de vivre and chemistry with Richard. It was an unexpected bonus.
Thanks. I did not see it live but am enjoying it now.
Thanks Richard...listening in from Tasmania. What brilliant songs you've laid down over the years.
