Just built my 19 it work excellent with the ETS mag, allot of the jamming come from not smoothing out when you file it also buff and polising certain pieces, mines work smooth as butter 🤟 Make sure your mag springs are lubed as well

Every p80 I built has malfunctions first 2-300 rounds keep shooting it will work itself out. If you follow marine gun builders guide on the rails you might get lucky and get 100% reliable out the gate but most you have to break in. Haven’t figured out if the rails Are out of spec or the slide but not feeding correctly and not locking back in my cases have always been rails to tight or stiff. Need that buttery slide action!

I hear those P80 slides often have Gen 3 ejectors, and that stove pipe issue can be fixed by swapping to a Gen 4 ejector(keep the Gen 3 ejector housing though)

But to answer your question, "1st time quality" is something MarineGunBuilder says on his channel a lot. The guys a pro you should check out his videos if you haven't you'll defintely learn literally atleast one thing. He covers it all.
