I remember when I was in my early teens, nightly for quite some time, I would stay awake in my bed really late at night, with the radio volume on very low to not wake up my sister, hoping and wishing for this song to play. It just provided me with a lot of comfort, I don't know why. But even now, I still love this song.
This guy was so far ahead of his time. His music was great then. Even better now. Where have all the really talented artists and singers gone? You know, the ones that write their own music and sing their own songs without a computer helping.
Paul could have been the David Foster and produced many up coming talents instead- he chose God. Became a preacher. Rarely is one a pop star and a preacher. I always loved Paul and Beth and his beautiful family. Chris Paul's first son and my son Robin are now in the Yeshua band at the great gig in the sky... their music keeps my spirit strong
