This could serve as a good canopy to protect the pilot in your flying bike proj.
Ian roussel has done a few tops like that for cars. No mold tho, just a perimeter shape with pressure not vacuum. Looking forward to seeing how yours comes out.

@@meanwhileinthegarage sir/ only you talk about HBM .. i like the machines really but how do you think about them? is it very good machines like tool master for example?
if you have air bubbles in your polycarbonate sheet after molding
then there is moisture in your plate
if you dry the plate for a few days at 30-35 degrees it should be gone

If someone made a 3 wheel scooter like the Piaggio MP3 or Yamaha Tricity with the 2 front wheels that pivot, for better handling. Make a recumbent seating position & added a removable aerodynamic lightweight weather enclosure. You could drive it year round in rain & cold & easily get well over 70mpgs.
