@@citronek135 I primarily shoot with vintage lenses, and it’s really not an issue. Your talking about thorium coated glass which was primarily used in lens production in the 50s and 60s. It was phased out in the late 60s by nearly every camera manufacturer as a precaution for workers, but the actual lenses themselves are barely radioactive. It’s like a banana. They were phased out for the workers that had to spend every day costing glass with thorium, which led to much more exposure than you would get from using the lens. The Nikkor E series lenses I mentioned are not radioactive at all
Nikon lenses actually have a spring loaded lock in piece that automatically close the aperture when you take the lens off so I don't this is true but I could be wrong, but all my sigma Nikon f mount lenses close Automatically.
yeah i have no idea how this is working. the lens must have a cpu that remembers what the last aperture value was, even though the camera does that for you
type in how to master your camera in 20 minutes and its a middle aged guy. i would link it but ill lose your comment. he talks about the secondary thing the settings change too like iso making grains
Bruh did Nikon dirty 💀
He bought a camera just to change aperture on a lens…
LOLOLOLOLOL
What a move
Thank you I didn’t know what was happening but now it’s all cleared up
That was a wild ride.
mfs using my primary brand as a tool😭
its just you and me out here
Haha
Bro same 😭
👏👏👏
K&F Concept seller Lens Mount Adapters with aperture adjustment rings. I use to do this before I found them
Yup. “Nik (G) - sth“ adapters
Okay both that transition at the end to the beginning tho 🔥🔥🔥
I use a D810 to change apertures for my FM2😂
Get the Nikon Zf to replace your D810. It matches. 😅
Z fc look good too
The 80s E series AI lenses look amazing and are stupid cheap. The 50 F/1.8 is like $80, just get some of those
@@RallyRallyRally those type of old lenses were radioactive

Dude that’s so wild and I love it 😂
Bros making me nervous wiggling around a camera without it's lens

This is the most contribution nikon has ever did for video believe me they owe u😂

It works on some lenses, not all.
Also, it has to be removed while the camera is on, so the lens doesnt reset the aperture
i had always wondered if this would work
Why have Nikon mount lenses?
Now I understand why Nikon still in business 😂😂
The only thing you need Nikon for
Daniel does the slow mo camera not have a screen or can it not attach an external monitor to it
Could have bought used entry level like the d3000, d5000, d100 etc
why dont you use extender that able to change aperture
You should make a piece of content with it
Wow, Nikons are somewhat useful after all. 😅
chronos have microfourthird mount, and mft have nikon to mft mount with apature control 😂😂
Sounds like more of a sigma problem than a Nikon problem.
😂 nice workflow 🔥
Out of all things I ever heard said about Nikon... this is by FAAAAAR the worst
He uses the camera I have just for changing the aperture 💀
That’s such an expensive but I’m guessing necessary work around 🤣
The only use of a Nikon 😂
could u explain the setting for each camera

I own a Sony camera to hold a light on top of it. 😂
BRUUUH
Your sir, Mr Schiffer, are actually disrespectful.
So that’s what Nikon cameras are made for
😢
Lol! Epic
Impressive 😂

I love how you disrespect nikon HAHAHA
There is literally a Sigma Tool for that.
Lmfao noooo I feel ur pain
