The price is cool for this house.
In lagos lol you'll never find a house this big (spacious) for this amount in 2023 not even at abulegba or ogba which used to be affordable.
On another note, shey i we nor come and join u in ibadan cause it looks like the cost of the houses are great.❤😊

Tbh, the prices of houses are wayyyy cheaper compared to Lagos. I was paying 1.3m for rent alone in a shared apartment before moving to Ibadan 🥹🥹. But Ibadan engineers should at least now make it worth the price. Cost of living is also cheaper in Ibadan too
