      Pls can you show us how we can make soap using fresh and natural products like turmeric,aloe Vera or carrot?

      @@ajmalkaumee5473 these additives would be more suitable for cold process soap as melt and pour is already a balanced soap base that is ready to use.

    very nice soap ideas, i will definitely try it as i am starting with melt and pour soap . i have a silly question. can you use the same equipment for baking/cooking later or is it not safe after having melt and pour in it?

      Great that you want to start and very good question. I wouldn’t cross contaminate. Certain ingredients could be dangerous if injected. Have a great day

    this helped me get started beautiful soaps xx can I ask some advice ? I was told not to use fruit or petals in melt an pour some as can cause mould over time whats your opinion on this? xx

      Hello Amy. Thank you so much for your feedback. You are right botanicals turn brown in melt and pour. Except for calendula flowers. You can add poppy seeds as well :) I have another video where I show how to include embeds in your soaps. Here is the video.

    How much melt and pour did you cut and melt down in order for both the moulds to be filled

      Hello. Each cavity holds about 100g. One pink mold is 600g etc

    Hi mam,
    I made soaps with melt and pour but
    After setting, soap had tiny droplets and is it necessary to sray alcohol
    I do no where i am wrng...pls suggest

      Hello Sangeeta. It is normal that you get the droplets on top of melt and pour. It is because of the glycerin kn the soap that attracts moisture. So the best is to shrink wrap the soap or add it to a cellophane bag. I will leave a link to another video going into details.

      @@sarassoap Thank you :-) I just ordered a set of 4. They are a little expensive but I also like pyrex :-) The spouts work the best when pouring. By the way I love your video's! I just recently watched a video of a package opening from you to Eden's Secret! I love her video's too. You both are just great !

    How much fragrance do you use per pound of soap?

      For melt and pour I use about 1-3% depending on the fragrance oil. Melt and pour holds the fragrance really well and therefore not much is needed. Hugs
