    Also, I really appreciate the extra chatter and discussion mid-video about what your mistakes might be or what issues you’re having with the process. That is actually more helpful than just watching someone do a perfect job every time lol. So don’t change your style!

      @@isabellegraceli5341 Thank you so much Isabelle. I don't use SFIC alot, but when I do, it's usually the goat milk and the aloe base. I've found that, for me, the best swirling temp is around 125°. I'm so sorry for the delayed reply.

And it drove me CRAZY that I couldn't get NEAR the temperatures he uses, before my soap starting to solidify. Now I see your video and you say that with Stephenson base, you can't go that low. So I'm glad it wasn't me or my microwave LOL. Thanks for the tutorial.

    You are so right about Stephenson’s. I’ve been doing M&P for about a year now and learned my lesson with Stephenson’s. Now for each soap base I use I keep a chart of melting point on the wall (I’m forgetful😊). Some soap makers will refer to this soap process isn’t soap making. I totally disagree with these. I wish I had watched you before I started. I watch several MP soapers now. Great video and very informative. You need to keep making videos.đŸ‘đŸŒ

And now that I also make cold process as well, I can honestly say that cold process is easier than m&p....especially where swirling is concerned! Oh gosh, don't get me started....I could go on and on lol.

    Thank you so much. I’ve been looking for a video on how to make swirling soap. I learned all I needed to know. The one tip of give is the less talking the better.

      Thank you so much. Yes, it was my first video and I was so nervous and I just babbled and babbled lol. In my other videos, I still talk alot but it's mostly in the beginning when I'm explaining what I'm gonna do.....then when I start pouring, I stop talking. I'm working on getting better with all that, and I will with time and experience 😀

    I understand the waiting problem.....I have been making CP for about six months now....Patience, Patience, Patience......it is so hard to wait! Thank you for this video as I am turning my attention to MP for a spell. God Bless....

      Yes I’ve been making CP for a while now too and waiting is definitely the hard part and I have zero patience
.but I’ve gotten much better with that :)
      I’m still making MP and I still love it just as much as I ever did. There are pros and cons to both CP and MP. I plan to continue making both of them forever :)

      Thank you. If you go to my channel I have a couple of videos using individual molds as well. I’ve since changed my pouring technique slightly and I hope to be posting new videos on that soon. But I hope these current videos will be helpful to you.

    THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO! i literally could relate to everything you were saying i’m inpatient as well and yesterday i actually tried another person way that i watched on youtube when you wait and i literally had lines in mines as well and i wasn’t pleased but your method helped me so much!!

      i have another question as well ... would i do the same steps if i was using three colors ?

    • @jencrazysoaplady
      @jencrazysoaplady  Pƙed 3 lety

      @@anyaeihnajaa Hey. I'm sorry for the delayed response. Yes, you would do the same with 3 or more colors. And yes, the lines are aggravating....I still get them sometimes. It's tricky because the lines are caused by the soap being too cool (or setting up) between pours.....but of course you need your soap to be somewhat cool when you pour so the colors don't muddle together.
