Titus Makin will play Jackson West, a zealous rookie officer whose father is a top commander of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Alyssa Diaz will play Angela, a training officer who hopes to become a detective, but is in trouble when Jackson West is assigned to her because his father has a say in the department. Mercedes Mason as Captain Zoe Andersen, the lead's confident, irate commanding officer.

The thing Nolan was lying about was someone else beign there: Lucy Chen, a fellow cop. Their relationship would've caused problems if it got out, and I think Commander West understood Nolan was trying to protect the reputation of a female cop. He probably also realized Nolan was about to come clean before they got called out. As a courtesy, he allowed the lady cop's name to remain out of it.

Obviously not during the opening bit at the bank, they started while they were in the Police Academy. But her and Nolan decided at roughly the same time that being together would make her look bad before her career went anywhere. So they split.

thats the whole tatic buddy. Police try to wear you down to get you to slip up. You can say "i didnt do it" 1000 times and they wont take that as the answer. But if you even MISSPOKE and it KIND OF sounded like you admitted to it. They will throw you in jail for that. in America the land of the "free" we have sentenced people to death who later after they already were dead we found out they were innocent. I wonder how many thousands or hundred of thousands of years men have spent in jail for things they did not even do. How many women claimed rape because they were jealous or mad and knew the system is against men. I remember my stepmom told the police my dad put a gun to her head and threatened her life. I was there. He did not do that. He caught her cheating and forced the man to leave but didnt even hit the guy. He showed restraint and she took his kindness for weakness and lied to the police. So for 6 months while she had a PFA on him. She lived in his house while he still had to pay the bills. She locked my dog in a room and never fed or watered him. We found him dead. I hate that woman. she went through my personal things. At 14 years old she found my "naughty" box and posted it on the internet for everyone to laugh at me for. A few years later (i had not seen them since these events) i found out my stepbrother (ex stepbrother by this point) had killed himself. She not only wrecked my life and my dads life,killed my dog. She also forced her son to suicide and her daughter (my ex stepsister) is a sex worker. Its sad

@@poseidon808I got my ass whooped (by more than just a belt) for sneaking a small snack because I was hungry. My mother asked me if I ate it and said she wouldn’t be mad as long as I told the truth because she said and still says the only thing she truly hates is a liar. I said yes because I was hungry, I got into a fuck ton of trouble. And locked in my room. Couple days later I did the same thing, I lied this time though. Didnt get as hard as a punishment except cleaning the house by myself.

My adopted son and I had a "Rule #1" Don't lie,No punishment. Through the years he was in NO way an angel. But he NEVER lied to me,respected his Mother and ALL his elders. His mother and I are no longer together but he has told me over and over again that I was a "pretty good " Dad. He turned out to be one Hell of a good man.

Nolan was in the middle of Investigation of the perp that he shot and then the perp's brother broke in to his house and try to kill him, and this is what the IA is most concerned about? If someone else was there? Someone who has 0 connection to the incident, and then this IA guy got mad because everyone think of them as a rat.. how could you trust someone who's main job trying to make yourself looks dirty in order for them to climb the ladder
