    medium dried anchovies 중멸치

    Korean red chili paste 고추장

    Are these the dried and salted anchovies or non-salted? I have salted ones and wanted to know if I should do anything different to them.

      This is dried anchovies. Because it comes from the sea, it has a natural salty taste.

    Don't we have to remove the head and the guts of the medium sized anchovies?

      Only large anchovies for broth remove the intestines. Do not remove the head.The head also tastes good.
