162 BPM, my dads got a strange irregular heartbeat thing going on at the moment and didnât know these existed! Will 100% be looking into these because the doctors struggle without any data. Be interesting to see if these could be used in a medical field in the future, exciting times!

Honestly been having such a tough time, being away from home and family over Christmas. Cycling GK is a nice break in the week where I can just enjoy some banter, football and cycling all in one. The sights in that ride were beautiful too and makes you fall in love with England more and more. My guess for the heart rate is 138, I'm going specific đđ a nice farming heart rate monitor would be lovely to constantly work on improving myself!

173 max HR. For a long canal towpath ride, try Coventry to Rugby via Oxford Canal. Some reet tricky bits, but 28miles of it! Absolute beast in this weather.
Sunday rides are often like that ..mini adventures and plenty of laughs. Not as old as me mate so I reckon a HR of 168 when peggin it!
If you visit Ireland on the northwest coast there's like a 30-40km cycling route called the Great Western Greenway. It's from the town Westport to Achill island.
