Kenyan Style Paneer Tikka - Quick & Tasty 👅 ( Cottage Cheese recipe)

  • Ingredients for Paneer Tikka
    ( Cottage cheese tikka)
    1: Paneer 400 grams ( Cottage cheese ) cut into big cubes
    2: Vegetable Oil - 3 tbsp
    3: Red chili 🌶️ powder- 2 tsp
    4 :Gram flour roasted- 3 tbsp
    5: Coriander powder- 1 tsp
    6:Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
    7:Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
    8: Salt 🧂 - 1 tsp or to taste 👅
    9: Lemon 🍋 juice - 1 tsp
    10: Yoghurt thick - 1/4 cup
    11: Coriander leaves 🍃 - 1 tbsp
    12: Green chilies - 1 chopped
    13: Onions 🧅 -1 diced
    14: Capsicum 🫑 - 1/2 diced
    15: Capsicum yellow - 1/2 diced
    16: Capsicum red - 1/2 diced
    17: Red food color- 🤏 a pinch
    Method :
    1: Combined all the ingredients in a bowl 🍚 and mix well . Taste if you need to add more .
    2:Mix the paneer and vegetables in the masala until well coated .
    3: Task about 6 skivers and add the paneer and vegetables .
    4: Heat a pan , drizzle some oil , add the skivers and cookon slow to medium heat . Cook till all the sides .
    5: Serve with red chili chutney or mint chutney.
    6: Enjoy yummy paneer tikka.
