I feel like more than the entertainers were also responsible for that detrimental shift in the 80s. We didn’t demand that it stop. We bought the music, we popped our finger. I had a dad and a brother, and neither of them ever tried to protect me from anything I went thru in childhood with a wicked stepdad. When my uncle met my soon to be husband, he told him if I gave him any problems to take me out in the country and beat me. Lil did either of them know, I’m not the one.

I believe that tape was in his house. Cassie been working with the Fed after she receive her money. Diddy did not let the hotel keep that evidence. The fed found that in the house I believe. Man that was touching to me . Being abuse is not good for no women.
We the viewers actually got to see diddy in action preforming DV. The court of public opinion we are sentencing diddy to life in prison in a unlock cell surrounded by ruff-necks .
It can still be used because it fall with what he paid her for and what the investigation for court is.
The LA Po Po said it can't. At least not right now. It can possibly be used if someone else brings up charges
The feds have an active investigation- it's different than the State of California. It is my opinion this will be wrapped up in a federal indictment, esp. since they raided in 3 states (FL, CA & NY).

I know Diddy is a monster, abuser, mentally sickening, .....BUT ....the hotel that sat on this video footage for YEARS....YEARS and did nothing to help this young lady .... ( or they were paid for there silence ) is just as guilty as Diddy !!!!! That hotel knew she was being abused and didn't call the police. Cassie should sue the hotel !!!!!

Statute of limitations probably ran out on a civil suit as well- she sued in NY under a special law suspending the limits on certain offenses (went in effect when "Me Too" was in the news a lot), and he settled REAL fast. My opinion he didn't want to disclose any of the stuff found in what the feds seized, because he settled before discovery and in record time, in my opinion. He might would have had to produce those tapes as evidence, imo.
