Personal opinion on Duncan and Gwen, it could’ve worked if there weren’t ships already established with them. Also, the only good that came out of their relationship was Tyler’s reaction to seeing them kiss that one time in world tour, his face just makes me laugh every time 😭✋
since i was 5 ive shipped them together, i’m 6 months still 18 and i pray that we get one last seasons where they get back together so my childhood can close peacefully☹️

When I found out world tour was out I decided to watch it. The intro alone proved that something’s going to happen. Even in action (the first 2 episodes) I thought that Gwen and Duncan would hook up. 🥺 When I saw them kissing in World tour ahhhhhh I HATE IT WHEN SHIPS BREAK UP. ITS LIKE A PUNCH IN THE HEART

Watched Total Drama for years and actually ended up with Scott as my favorite character. Then All Stars happened...
Dude went from a calculating but unlucky (and somewhat daft) mastermind to a generic farm boy. And his getting together with Courtney made no sense. ROTI made it pretty obvious Scott wanted to be in charge. He and Courtney would *never* get along.

I don’t like gwen period. Duncan and Courtney were practically the main characters if you really think about it. I don’t like how gwen also said she only came to compete in all stars so she can apologize to courtney is BS total BS. Paroxysm no? i just really like courtney’s character because she sort of acts like me in a way and that makes me laugh because her character is so specific and unique. i just felt like the story of duncan and courtney was cute and that’s the reason why i watched the show. gwen and trent were for each other and duncan and courtney were for each other. i was just more irritated that they made both of them break up for ratings and to cause drama- not because i liked the toxic ness of their relationship at all.

In episode 16 Cody and Duncan wouldn’t of had the rivalry which caused Cody to be dizzy and vote wrong so he would’ve picked Courtney.
Going even deeper into this, if they hadn’t gotten together, whenever team Amazon would lose they would’ve just voted heather since Gwen and Courtney would of had no reason to pick each other.
This could possibly also of helped Tyler stay longer since Duncan wouldn’t of got everyone to vote him for revealing the truth. He might of considered getting Owen to vote Alejandro since he seemed aware of him being a villain. Or voting Owen with Alejandro and Tyler. So that could’ve changed.
Building on the main idea of the Amazons losing episode 16 and voting heather since Courtney and Gwen are friends, it would completely throw the trajectory of the season off.
Ep 17: Cody would not build Gwens face since she’s still there, Amazon’s may of won if they had built something else.
Ep 18: Not much change, someone different could win, but blaineley answers too fast for anyone to get it right.
Ep 19: Heathers out so she wouldn’t of claimed Alejandro, meaning all the pairings would’ve been different, hard to tell who’d win and who’d go.
Ep 20: Courtney is still with Duncan so there’s no rivalry or cheating in the challenge, except Blaineley who would probably still leave in this episode.
Beyond episode 20: At this point I can’t tell who would still be in since a lot has happened.

Yes, Duncney was broken up, but Courtney and Gwen were friends. Dating your friends ex is just low, while Heather and Trent’s was Heather’s strategic doing.

i wish Geoff and Bridgette were not the host aftermath show and it was Gwen and Trent like i think a lot of people like the Gwen's character but it was messed up when all the other season came out. i don't think that was good at all and Trent was dumped and i think if that guy appreciated you that much i wouldn't dump him for goodness sake and Duncan and Gwen that is bad, if i was the production i would not make those characters that rot away and make them fight to get the best of the losers and Trent and Gwen get back together but i still love the 1st series but it is not the best to leave the favorite characters to rot but it would be really cool to stop the characters to rot even more because i don't think the media likes it but yeah still good show but i think to the crew ya still did it and i still appreciate it but not the best story line

I honestly just hate where they took both of their characters. Courtney and Duncan together, while flawed, made each other better. Season one was the best point for their characters I would say. Courtney was still sweet while still being hardcore type-A and competitive. When the writers were forced to break up the two of them Courtney’s character got so bad. I loved when she was uptight and competitive because that’s what made her her. But when she started to whine, get angry all the time, get way too competitive, and tried to change Duncan, I started to dislike her. I never loved Duncan but with Courtney we saw his softer side. He brought out a side where she could let loose and he could be truly himself. After the breakup he just got so much worse. Especially when he cheated on her and he never apologized or owned up to his blunder. Even though Courtney should have been hurt, she took it way to far. Really disappointed where they took both of the characters. I think they would have turned out better together, seeing their progress on season 1. They just made their relationship wayyyy too toxic. It was so sad to watch them tear each other down. In the 1st season they were enemies but still loved each other, but as the seasons progressed they just hated each other with some passion sprinkled in.
I also wish people didn't ship Courtney and Gwen it's stupid and doesn't make sense, especially since they're not only just friends but not even friends anymore since Courtney manipulated Gwen and tried to get her voted off.

Its kinda sad they made the best couples like Courtney and Duncan, and Trent and Gwen split. I guess it was just for more interest and drama for the show but I feel like in world tour there wasn't that much romance. It just threw the nice relationships that people loved away. In the end they all were single which kinda sucks. I really wanted to see more relationship development during that season other then that it was a nice season with the whole musical thing.

Amiyah Williams they share a love for horror movies, they have really good chemistry when working together to win challenges, they share many cute moments together, if courtney never would have existed as a character i strongly think gwen and duncan would have still gotten together and stayed together. all stars was a step in the wrong direction for not only gwuncan but also courtney, duncan, and gwens characters as a whole. duncan went from a bad boy to an asshole, courtney went from a uptight brat to a fake, highly manipulative ( way more so than usual ) and they BUTCHERED gwens character into being obsessive over being a hero when what made her character great in island was that she was indifferent to almost anything. like when gwen came to the island for the first time she wanted to leave but stayed just to compete for the hell of it. in island the last thing gwen cared about were what the other contestants thought of her. anyways my point is that gwen and duncan were pretty much set up to be broken up in the end if the writers would have written gwen duncan how they were originally portrayed they would have hit it off just fine and would have formed a super strong relationship.
