      I agree and can understand it. That said, cognitively it is difficult to figure anything out on-line... we are not stupid they just make things difficult and act like they are doing us a favor... UGH!

      @@AttentionTalkVideoyou mean companies? Or like other subjects, other subjects I find it’s about learning how to outline the area and interrogate it to ask questions, and questions and answer gives dopamine so I’ll play that game all day. But the way that the companies and institutions work, yeah I could see that being beyond frustrating, I remember it took forever of calling constantly to get Comcast to fix something and randomly at one point I got connected to a tier 2 person who actually knew stuff and moved things forward, but this was of calling across several months

      @@DaveE99 not sure if i'm interputating your post correctly. In general... in my opinion... the people in customer service are not given the ability to think. They read a script or if you ask them a question... they don't think about what you are asking... they just cut and paste the closest prepared statement they have. More often than not they are giving me an answer to a question i didn't ask. When you ask again they just cut and paste the same answer as if i'm not understanding something when they have not actually thought about my question.

    Do you have any video's on time management?

    • @AttentionTalkVideo
      @AttentionTalkVideo  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Great question... i actually don't have many. Here is why. Time management isn't a time issue it is a thinking issue. This is counter to peoples beliefs. It is hard to do a video in 3 to 4 minutes on time cause i have to make an arguement for people to realize it is a thinking issue before i can comment about what to do.
      Note you are the first person in 10 years to ever ask the question. I'll see what i can do.

      @@AttentionTalkVideoif you do make one, I'd watch it too! I'm really curious about what you said about it being a thinking issue.

    • @AttentionTalkVideo
      @AttentionTalkVideo  Před 5 měsíci

      @@TS-yd6cn Visual imagery or visual memory is an execuative function. It allow us to see things in our head. We also use it to see the future... kind like seeing a calendar of our day, week, or year. To "see" your day is to identify your goals, calculation the duration of each item and sequence them... with transition time. We use clocks, calendars and planners to externalize thinking... in other words they are tools we use. to think. They don't do the thinking for us. Time blindness is a phrase that people emotionally gravitate to. Problem is it misguides our attention. it implies being late is a time issue not a thinking issue.
      I'll see what i can do as far as a video.
