I liked that you mentioned at the end of the video the fact that companies often decide to go public when the market is at an all time high. It works better for earlier investors or insiders, but often people who invest after the IPO lose money as the stock price goes often up, people jump in and a few months later it usually tanks. Always do your own due diligence before buying IPO.

Where do I find the exact IPO dates?
Over hype then they loose 20% off their value right after IPO. Wait until there is a pullback then buy some.
There was an article on Bloomberg this morning about how stubbornly high interest rates have led companies to go to the equity markets to raise capital rather than issuing bonds.

@OurRichJourney I love the video & content. But I do have a question. After doing some research, to even invest in ipos you have to be an accredited investor & have few thousands to invest at least. So can you tell me where you can invest in these ipos without being accredited & not needing alot money get started? Great video about IPOs. Your right about only investing a small portion of your portfolio in IPOs, why? Because they risky investment. From my experience; is to wait 6 months to 1 year for market adjustments before investing in IPOs.
Nice change up in your videos, brother man ! March 1st ( 2024 ), keep an eye open for the IPO of ( NYX ) . Not saying it's Facebook, but it could be a quick double-bagger within 72 hours ( business days ) . For those unaware, an IPO date can be abruptly changed to a later date: it's quite common .
You may want to wait for a few months, before investing in the IPO stock since usually the stock falls in beginning.
