    This video doesn't actually address PTSD. It is an overview of DBT. You can't treat PTSD by avoiding treating PTSD you have got to get to exposure without much distress tolerance (and preferably no distress tolerance) skills. The evidence for DBT alone with PTSD is poor. The gains go away when the therapy does. When DBT is combined with Prolonged Exposure there are massive changes that last in PTSD.
