Are you using a eero app for a PC ? because my android eero app dont have outages or anything under activity except my current activity.

I'd have to check with my Android guy as I don't have one on me this second but you should be able to see it. Go to your network (if there is an option for "Manage in eero Insight" choose that first) and then push hamburger menu>Activity center>Outages. You will see it from there.

I wonder if you already have eero wifi 6e can you buy a 7 and link them. I am about to buy a house and the builder has 2 wifi 6e pre installed in the house.

Sure can. We've done this multiple times for clients in the exact same boat that you are. NOTE: You will want to use the Max 7 as the gateway/router connected to your modem...not as an extender.
