I am getting madder and madder as I continue to listen to Skating Polly. I am just really impressed by the total production that the three of them put out. That they have been making amazing music and not getting national attention, blows my mind. Keep knocking them out, I will indeed support.
They are going on the route of not selling their "souls" to get recognition wich I applaud. Unfortunately you have to sign to a big record label to get your music out there and it's not always rainbows and sunshine once you do. They take half if all once you make revenue. These artists are one of a kind and I'm glade I always stumble opon them
Im crying while writing this, because it comes from the heart. You know, all the big hard rock legends are dying with a very hardcore life-style and probably knowing they gave the fans what they wanted: pure rock and roll madness. And, you see, it's amazing to have listen to their music or even had the chance to see them live, but most of us young fans haven't made it, just because that's life. So watching this, I swear, watching this my ears melted in pleasure. It has it all, it is raw and explosive, so perfectly balance with harmony and chaos. Looking at myself enjoying every single beat I understood immediately how this was going to become a classic. But this time not a classic of the previous generation, no. This was made in my life time and I'm going to enjoy this guys alive and in their full potential, the way rock'n roll was meant to be listened.
You are amazing. This I can proudly say is one good example of great rock in our times and of our times.

It’s so strange how a band can be so awesome that when you listen to their music, you feel really sad that there is no such music being made today, and you listen to the same songs that people listened to almost 30 years ago, and they feel as fresh for you as they were for the people back then. But since im young, I never got to experience the way they were meant to be when this type of music was all around. The feeling it gives me, it’s really strange, as I’m feeling nostalgic for times I never even lived trough, and its almost bittersweet emotion, as even tough I’m sad that there is no more such music being produced, it still left a huge mark and for me, this music is still fresh.
