In terms of atmosphere, Vice City may be cooler. In terms of story and depth, GTA IV has no competitors. But as for attention to detail and in-game possibilities, San Andreas is mind-boggling even after 20 years of its release!

10 years of playing and I'm still learning new things about this game
The big screen being a live feed of gameplay was done in other games around the same time, mostly as a time saving measure IIRC.
EA's F1 offerings had the trackside big screens simply mirror the player's view, leading to some great infinite big screen effects if you could see the screen from your viewpoint, which would show your view, which would show the screen, which would show your view on the second screen, and then a smaller third screen with the player's view on it, and so on. This, predictably, got to truly ludicrous levels with higher resolution displays on a computer and would lead to infinite big screens until/unless you changed the view. It was a fairly easy way to simulate a big screen without wasting CPU time and effort on limited hardware, both PC and console at the time.
Now I wonder if it's possible to do something lie that in SA or if R* were clever and made it so you never saw the big screen on the big screen to start with?

A car underwater wont burn nor explode until you drive out of it. Found as little kid, gettin chased by police while havin unl. Oxygen cheat active. The Helicopter kept shooting my slow driving car underwater but nothing would happen until im out of the water again 😂
Drive through confessions reminds me of the first saints row game when you would get rid of your notoriety by driving through forgive and forget.
yo bro honestly, thank you for taking the time to make this GTA: SA is my favorite game of all time. i actually love the graphics, its a great game all around you can do more in this version than any other version.. i mean you can drive a train and derail it lol
The few starting things were the things i never knew about like the ballas smashing your car. But i knew some like the underwater glitch, and others. If you can make a video on things in gta vice city, that would be nice.
I definitely will look into Vice City, as it's a smaller game it is very hard to find things people dont know about it, however I know a few things so I just need a little more. I covered some of them on my last video (covering all GTA Games) but Vice City had some features at the end

I remember I was flying very high altitude around san fierro with a car and all of a sudden the car disappears and vice city stadium appears and I heard the alcatrazz song playing for couple of seconds.
The cliff gap is probably there for the Wuzi race

I believe the cliff over hang is a cave, I've heard there are caves in California that are popular spots for teenagers to make out. It reminds me of 1980s movie 'just one of the guys' where they have a date at the caves. This just seems like that sort of thing.

Once when gta 6 comes out rockstar games will remake the map 🗺 the gameplay and even missions from the ground up and release one by one like gta 3 vice city San Andreas liberty city and vice city stories gta 4 lost and damned and battle of gay Tony 8 classic gta video game to get a huge remake. And no more island restrictions anymore. And Tommy Vercetti and Claude speed swim for the very first time in a grand theft auto video game 🎮 in history. What frustrates me is when Niko pass the island restrictions it has 6 stars and it frustrates me. There’s a video by grade an under a and I want grand theft auto to have skip ⏭ mission just like gta 5 and red dead redemption 2 has skip ⏭ mission. And Claude speed and Tommy Vercetti and Toni to have swim 🏊♂ animation gta 3 vice city San Andreas liberty city vice city stories gta 4 lost and the damned and the battle of gay Tony 8 classic gta video game 🎮 needs a remake not a remaster gta the definitive edition it’s definitely 💯 defective edition in my opinion.
