...you need more police operated tow trucks in Russia, and just take the cars when they are parked illegally...that officer just walking up and asking is it your car, then walking away when the dude said 'no' was hilarious...that car should have had a boot slapped on it, fine applied and then towed away...and the beardo who didnt give a f'k about the problem he was causing by forcing the busses to stop in the traffic lane to drop off and pick up passengers should have gotten a complete sticker repaint job >:(

In the U.S. they have contract tow truck company's that work for the bus and airlines that will tow your illegally parked car. Costs anywhere from 180.00 upwards of 250.00 plus storage at 50.00 dollars a day. They make a pretty good living just towing idiots cars who can't follow directions.
