Prices will go up, one less competitor
For those who are questioning it, Alaska is a good airline, takes care of its customers and will also take care of Hawaiian and it’s employees. It’s gonna be good for everyone except its competitors like delta, south west and United.
hi Alaska CEO. M&As always lead to some layoffs and it won't come from Alaska's side. Alaska wouldn't spend almost 2 billion w/o seeing some potential rewards or growth.

I’m an Alaska Airlines customer. I don’t object to the merger, but it does nothing for me. What I want is better service at OAK, but it has been getting worse.

Considering how much of an *insane asylum* commercial air travel has become, it really is sad that "Alaska Airlines" not instead be named *Puerto Rican Airlines* .
